Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. About EduPrac

EduPrac ("we", "us", "our") is an educational practice platform for Australian students, free to use during our beta period, based in Australia. Our platform provides ACARA v9-aligned practice worksheets for Foundation through Year 10 students across Mathematics, English, and Science.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduPrac (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of that minor. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

EduPrac is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
  • Reproduce or redistribute our question content or generator logic
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download our content
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm or impair it

4. Your account and data

To use EduPrac beyond the free preview, you create an account. We store your account email and learning progress in our cloud database (Supabase) so your progress is saved. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: it is protected so that only your account can access it, and it is never sold or used for advertising.

EduPrac is provided free of charge during the beta period. Paid plans may be introduced after beta; if they are, we will make any costs clear before anything is charged, and we intend to keep a free tier available.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EduPrac — including question text, generator logic, illustrations, and design — is owned by EduPrac or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. The Australian Curriculum (ACARA) content codes are referenced under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EduPrac is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of educational content, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Users (or their parents) should verify important information with a qualified teacher.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EduPrac and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed AUD $0, as the Service is provided free of charge during the beta period.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
